These terms apply when you use lazerseo.com or buy services from LazerSEO ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them clear and fair.
1. Our services
We provide search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management, business listings, review management, AI search visibility work, content and Google Ads management for businesses. What each plan includes is described on our pricing page and confirmed by email before you pay.
2. No guaranteed rankings or results
Search engines, maps apps, AI assistants and ad platforms are run by other companies and change often. We can't guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, a spot in AI answers or specific advertising results, and nobody honestly can. We do guarantee that we'll do the work described in your plan, carefully and on time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business
- Provide the access we need, such as manager access to your Google accounts, and approvals when asked
- Make sure you have the rights to any photos, logos or content you give us
- Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your business
4. You own your accounts
Your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and similar accounts belong to you. We work through manager or user access, which you can remove at any time. When you stop working with us, you keep your accounts and everything in them.
5. Fees and payment
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed by email before you pay.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Setup fees, like the Launch Kit, are charged once.
- Advertising spend (for example on Google Ads) is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not part of our fees.
- Prices don't include taxes, which are added where required.
- If a payment fails, we may pause work until it's resolved.
6. Cancelling
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
7. Other platforms
Decisions made by Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yelp and other platforms, such as verifying profiles, indexing pages, approving ads or suspending accounts, are outside our control. LazerSEO is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any other platform.
8. Free tools
Our free audit and other tools are provided as they are, without warranties. Results are automated estimates. Please don't use the tools to overload or attack any website, or to get around their limits.
9. Content and intellectual property
Content we create specifically for your business, like posts and pages, is yours once it's paid for. Our tools, templates, processes and this website remain ours.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only to provide our services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and important changes will apply from your next billing period.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where LazerSEO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
