Launch Kit delivery guarantee
If we don't deliver everything listed in the Get Found Launch Kit within 7 business days of receiving the access and information we need from you, you can ask for a full refund of the Launch Kit fee.
This doesn't cover waiting time that's outside our control, such as Google taking longer to verify a profile or index pages, or delays while we wait for access or information from you. We start those steps on day one and keep you updated.
Monthly plans
You can cancel anytime. Your plan continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again. We don't refund partial months.
Google Ads setup
If you cancel before we start work on your account, we refund the setup fee in full. Once work has started, the setup fee isn't refundable.
Advertising spend
Your ad spend is paid directly to Google (or another ad platform) from your own account, so it isn't part of our fees. Any refunds or credits for ad spend follow that platform's own policies.
